About the host – Coming from a family of Varanasi’s acclaimed musicians, Sandeep Ji is a professional Tabla player. Accompanying him are his Banarasi friends who hold Masters degree in Sitar and Flute. The performance will take place inside Sandeep Ji’s house where stirring music has been played every day for more than 100 years now!

A great experience in Varanassi
I took 3 different tours in Varanasi: The essential Varanasi in the old part of the city, The Ganges tour with a boat ride, and a Music performance in a gat.All of the tours were exceptional: Guides with great knowledge, well planned experiences, flexible times, and great memories all around.For me the price was affordable and reasonable, I highly recommend both: the guided tours and also their Phone app with a lot of information and self-guided tours.

Roobaroo found the musicians who are willing to share aspects of music with the listener so that they can get introduced to Classical music with a better understanding..
