Karen from UK
I have been in India for a month now and wanted to eat the vegetables I saw in the vegetable market, specially karela. With Roobaroo this wish came to life and I also learnt lentils and the huge variety of them. I have seen a lot of spices and condiments in UK stores but never tried. In love with Masaldaan and the lovely food I tried cooking together. Oh and the pudding was delicious.

Our trip entailed meeting a family in every destination we went to. Every region is so different and so is Varanasi. I actually got to quickly shop for fresh produce with the hosts and then cook. My American friends loved the collection of spices they had not seen, smelled or tasted before. The meal was delicious and the chai was nothing like the restaurants.
